When I first started the company we did what every other aquarium service company did, which wasn't a problem, yet it wasn't efficient. I spent the last 6 months, working 16 hour day fine tuning the perfect aquarium installation service for business's.

My name is Ross Satchell, I am the founder and director of Your Fish Guy. I decided to start the company in 2017 and I have not looked back since. I am someone who believes that true success in life in to be truly happy. Since 2017 I have been on a mission to follow my passion of creating nature and be fulfil my goal of true happiness.
We minimise the chance of accident happening as much as humanly possible for example we will offer our service at off peak times or when the public and employees are not there to try eliminate the chance of a accident.
BUT WHAT IF?
We are one of the few aquarium service companies with full liability insurance, to cover damages or injury, this has never happened yet I personally wouldn't sleep at night not having it.
We Strongly believe in going the extra mile. Employee's of Your Fish Guy are DBS CHECKED, on our visit to you we will bring a hard copy of our check to show you.
